President and Partner Blake Conover brings a wealth of experience to each 1Vision project – and he is personally involved in them all. Blake spent 10 years with CMF&Z in Cedar Rapids, an Iowa subsidiary of Young & Rubicam (Y&R was then the largest advertising agency in the U.S.), a decade as Marketing and Advertising Vice President for a $2-billion banking organization in NW Iowa and, most recently, as development director for an international nonprofit. Blake has worked with the large organizations, but has chosen to apply that experience and acquired skill-set to this flatter, more agile communications firm.
